This evening class is for adults with little or no sailing experience. This course will emphasize small boat handling, seamanship, and the joys of sailing into the sunset. Our US Sailing certified instructors will quickly get students on the water and get the hands on experience of: hoisting sails, tying knots, navigating, experiencing the wind, waves, tides & currents, and obeying the rules-of-the-road. Most importantly, the adult sailing program provides the opportunity to learn sailing with fellow adults—a fantastic way to unwind on the water in the summer after work. Students must be at least 18 years of age, or 16 if attending with a parent.
